Andy is a founder and operator who builds professional-services businesses, and has bought and merged accountancy firms himself. As Buzz's co-founder and Operations Director he leads the systems, technology and central support behind the firm, and coaches owners towards the three freedoms a business should give them: financial, time and mind.
Co-Founder & Finance Director
Peter has more than 20 years in accountancy. He built his own firm from its first clients to a substantial recurring fee base before co-founding Buzz. As Finance Director he sets the quality bar for the group's accounts and tax work and leads its finance director service.

Tony looks after a long-standing client base across Northern Ireland, combining hands-on accountancy with business coaching. He joined Buzz so his clients could get the wider support of a full team without losing the personal relationship they already have with him.

Candice is one of the senior accountants in the production team, reviewing and delivering client accounts and tax work and making sure what goes out is right first time.

Rochelle prepares accounts, tax returns and management figures for a broad mix of owner-managed businesses, working closely with the senior team.

Janet combines accounts work with payroll, looking after the pay runs, RTI submissions and auto-enrolment duties that have to be right every single month.
